CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

Beginner: Introduction to Hatha Yoga postures & breathing techniques using Kripalu methodology of proper body alignment, self observation, humor and guided imagery

Gentle Flow: For beginning & continuing students desiring a gentle to moderate class. Format includes centering, gentle stretching, breathing techniques, postures, guided relaxation & meditation.

Yoga Therapy: Learn to release physical, mental and emotional stress using Integrative Yoga Therapy. Befriend your body by re-creating a trusting relationship.

Senior Stretch: For the maturing student desiring to maintain flexibility, strength, balance, joint & organ health, and a healthy perspective on your aging body.

Kelly McKibben is a certified Professional Kripalu Yoga Instructor and Yoga Therapist. Her commitment to physical, emotional and mental well-being has been inspired by a 14-year practice of hatha yoga, chi kung, creative self-expression, wilderness hiking, and ongoing personal & spiritual growth. As a yoga teacher, Kelly’s attitude of gentleness and self-acceptance inspires students to discover serenity while developing strong bodies, minds and spirits.
