Gentle Flow: For beginning & continuing students desiring a gentle to moderate class. Format includes centering, gentle stretching, postures (asana), breathing techniques (pranayama), guided relaxation & meditation.
Yoga Therapy: Learn to release physical, mental and emotional stress using Integrative Yoga Therapy. Befriend your body by re-creating a trusting relationship. Emphasis is on spinal flexibility, joint mobility, self-awareness, acceptance and recovery from dis-ease of all kinds.
Re-Creative Yoga: Like Yoga Therapy, classes are designed specifically for the maturing student desiring to maintain flexibility, strength, balance, joint & organ health, and a healthy perspective on aging.
